As programmer, something that might help more than a cover letter or a résumé is open source code you wrote.
- phugoid 17y agoI want to believe that, but assume that the number of applicants is a hundred-fold more than the number of interesting positions available. You need to survive that first sift through the pile, especially if it's done by non-techies.
