Twitter and social sharing doesn't fit my use case. I want to be able to scan all the articles on Hacker News even if I can't log onto Hacker News for days at a time. There's useful information here that I want access to but I can't be at my computer clicking reload on the Hacker News homepage every 30 minutes.
