That does not mean that LG does all that by default.
- nokeya 9d agoBecause of course it does. You are fighting the wrong side, they should proof they are good, not you defend them.
- m4rtink 9d agoYeah, it is insane a fully open source firmware with reproducible builds is not a minimum standard for something as sensitive as a modern smart TV.

- t_mahmood 9d agoYou're just jumping around a single point about rooting, whereas the video shows it's logging all the devices, with their ip, name, even detecting someone being in a Teams call. And you are as with the article, trying to sidetrack all of it by focusing on rooting.
