The EU has a system called Nutri-Score that prints a nutritional rating from A to E on food packages. If you're not in the EU, you can also scan barcodes with the OpenFoodFacts app for the same rating. It's not perfect by any means and there's many criticisms of its methodology, but it's a very simple formula and serves as a good proxy for "is this food generally healthy"

Some countries in EU do some don't. I think only ingredients and Energy, fat, carbohydrates and sugar; proteins and salt is mandatory.

  Ah ok, didn't know it's not all of the EU. Well then the advice about the OpenFoodFacts app still applies.
