if TSMC decided to charge more then Nvidia would profit the most. Simple reason is that TSMC has to offer same pricing to all customers or face regulation issue

if TSMC decided to charge more then Nvidia would profit the most. Simple reason is that TSMC has to offer same pricing to all customers or face regulation issues. But expensive wafers is an issue for those with lower margins not the king of margins.
