If not, then this is just going to lead to confusion.

- inigyou 21d agoFirst off I think you mean trademark, secondly you're allowed to just ignore a C&D, thirdly your trademark is invalid if you don't use it so Elon might not actually have a trademark on Twitter any more
- urbandw311er 21d agoI don’t think there will be any confusion. Clearly this is not referring to this random new Twitter thing you’ve linked to that most people have never heard of, it is referring to Twitter the previously global piece of software with hundreds of millions of former users.

- inigyou 20d agoIt's Twitter. It legally owns the trademark "Twitter", the bird logo and the color blue. Musk really screwed up that one huh? Under UDRP rules it'll be pretty hard for them to seize their rightful domain name twitter.com, but maybe they'll manage.
