A colleague was even including rabbit in the «poultry» category …
- anon84873628 1mo agoWell, it is very lean meat, most similar to chicken IMO :-D They do have the best livers. Unfortunately in the US I can only find them from fancy suppliers that are way overpriced. But if I were going to raise something in the backyard, it would be cuy...
- giardini 1mo agoLearn to hunt. Anyone who farms will be glad to let you hunt on their land, especially if you give them a few rabbits.
