    Experienced cubers will catch on very quickly, the really good ones would notice it on sight. There are laws about making casino games impossible to win, so a game that is transparently in violation wouldn't last long.

  Plus this would seemingly violate compliance with laws protecting disabled people. For instance, someone with mobility issues might know the solution but wouldn't be able to hit the buttons in time.

    By that logic, wouldn’t prizes in “test of strength hammer” games also be illegal? The game just has multiple aspects to it.
