I despise - in fact loathe - the touch interface, which becomes useless with the slightest spill of oil (and can thus be stuck on high until the interface is sufficiently wiped off and dried). I have the Gasland IH77BFH. If someone has made a hack to modify this by adding physical dials, I'd be tickled.
