  I've no idea what happened. Treating allegations in a lawsuit as undeniable true or "flat out admissions" is a bad idea, though. Doing that would have you believing that Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto, after all, he claimed in a lawsuit he is.

      Are you under the impression that lawyers have never included things that later turned out to be false or unprovable in their initial filing of a lawsuit? If lawyers are so infallible, why would one have openly admitted to firing someone for a legal medical treatment they received? I think that, per the parent who you initially replied to's point, that taking a tabloid's clickbait excerpts from one-side of a lawsuit is a terrible way of understanding the truth of a dispute.

      Yes, that actually happens in real lawsuits. It is not even rare.
