I have no idea how well such a system works, but, I found these lines pretty jarring:

Like, isn't that the point, that if you aren't looking at the road it should go off?
- ang_cire 2mo agoIt's bad though because glancing at your side-view mirrors is good, but this will train drivers out of it by beeping at them because their eyes aren't perfectly forwards-facing. It's an overly simplistic solution to a complex problem, that also coincidentally helps advance the surveillance state more than it does help prevent distracted driving.
