"No lowering rent" rules are making downturn worse, but the trigger is something else.
- Schiendelman 2mo agoI tried to cover this in my original comment - Bellevue hasn't lost as many tenants because they're usually larger and have longer leases. They may yet have an increase in vacancy rate.
