- ekelsen 3mo agoI've done it multiple times. Everytime I wanted to do it, it was possible. If you offer to sign a 5 year lease at current prices, then yeah, can see why they might not go for that.
- nikkwong 3mo agoI would definitely take it, personally. I have never increased rent on any of my tenants in Seattle, ever. I've had some tenants for 7 years+.
