This was my thought as well, a good excuse for a slush fund.
- jrochkind1 4mo agoThe good excuse for the slush fund was $75 billion in supplementary funding Congress approved for ICE with no particular reason or budget. At this point all of ICE is a good excuse for a slush fund.
