Here's a novel idea.. increase your workforce by 20%? I know, that's just crazy talk. :)

- genuine 14y agoYou know that part of the reason that Google's interviews are so difficult is that they can hire younger people that have bright minds, no families, and that will work crazy hours? The side benefit is that they have geniuses working there.
