I think the way its supposed to work is the agent (AI) will email the recipients saying "Bob is available Thursday at 8:00 AM or Tue at 9:00 AM" Then the recipients can reply to the email thread with "Thursday works". Not affiliated with vela - just what I understand from their site and the comments on this page.
