Show HN: I built a website that runs itself. Roast my AI-generated content
Hey HN! OP here.
I was too lazy to check 50+ RSS feeds daily, so I built a robot to do it for me.
This is a 100% non-profit, for-fun project (no ads, no tracking, just code). I built it to learn Next.js and LLM automation.
The Request: Roast it hard :)
- Is the AI summarizing things correctly or just hallucinating?
- Is the UI clean or "developer art"?
Original sources are linked in every post. Thanks for checking it out!
- ohans 9mo agoWhat does "runs itself" mean in this context?
- since 9mo agoHi mate, It’s a cron job pipeline that crawls target sources, processes the content via an AI model (for summarization & tagging), and pushes the updates live. Zero human intervention
- ohans 9mo agoOK, got it! Cool. I had wild ideas, but this makes sense. QQ: on clicking the articles, I expected to get redirected to the original article, but I stayed on your site. Is what I see a summarisation of the original article? Are the original authors happy with you? :)
