  Yeah, I'm cautiously optimistic about Philbin. But as a long-suffering 'Phins fan, that may just be wishful thinking on my part.

  This is surprising to me. Hard Knocks has been a good series, but this year's offering was so much worse than any other year that I wonder if it won't get canceled outright (it doesn't help that teams aren't exactly lining up to participate). I found Joe Philbin to be insufferably boring. Maybe it's just the contrast with Rex Ryan last year. At any rate. I'm glad there are so many football fans in the HN ranks.
