I told them my country was Canada. The welcome email they sent me included a link with an invitation code. In the dashboard it asks me to give a Tax ID and SIN and lets me charge either USD or CAD.

Thanks for the info. I just went on their support chat room to let them know and a few milliseconds (literally) I received an invite! Sweet
