It's does not! RVV support is only on the DSP (I asked them), and I'm personally not sure even that is true, as the EsWin EIC7700X DSP has a cadance XTensa chip.

  Heh, I just came from Reddit where I saw your post, and was about to update my comment. Yeah, it seemed strange since to my knowledge no out-of-order vector RISC-V chip exists at the moment. Interesting, hopefully DC can fix their advertising/clarify a bit more!
