It is at the moment as it’s doing energy arbitrage and needs to know the current energy prices.I believe you also get more warranty if you have it connected to the internet as they can fix bugs etc remotely. But the PW isn’t mission critical. I also have an off grid cabin with a Victron inverter that is not on the Internet and never will be.
