- thom 14y agoI'm from the UK, and good, mature cheddar is wonderful cheese, 'basic' or not. :P
- thom 14y agoI did wonder why the app was orange, though, so I assume that's a symptom of the American cheese gap.
- tjr 14y agoWe here on this side are unfortunately accustomed to cheese far more basic than cheddar (some of which are arguably even cheese at all)... But superlative or not, I do greatly enjoy a quality sharp cheddar.
