I don't think it's a good implementation. Takes up lots of space of the screen. Also: "With your permission, we will use AT internet and Hotjar cookies to produce aggregated, anonymous data about our visitors' browsing and behaviour on our website." They could use something like plausible and that won't even need any cookie notices.
