- pcloadletter_ 3y agoThey seem to be trying to jam AI into a bunch of things now. As an aside, I work on a product that should be considered feature complete, but PMs keep dreaming up features so they can get promoted. I wish we could just take some time to clean up the horrendous tech debt accrued over the past 10 years of feature proliferation.

- MisterPea 3y agoEvery engineer of a company of this size says the same exact thing. IMO more about growth of the engineering teams that lead to any specific culture deteriorating.
