Everybody in this thread is insanely positive on height adjustable desks, but I have had height adjustable desks at different employers since 2013, and I have never used them as standing desks. They are great to get the height exactly right in the beginning and then I never move them again. I'd rather have a larger table than an height adjustable desk.
