  > I left because they weren't like me. “they” is doing a lot of work in this sentence, and also none. No one in Microsoft is like you? Or no one on the team you were part of? I leave places when people ARE like me. I learn a lot from those that aren’t like me.

    The company's vision as a whole is to throw some effort at everything and write off what turns out crap. Everyone I knew was on board with that. I was not. That's not a vision, that's distributed incompetence.
