Pics I've seen actually had duct tape. Not surprised considering it is consistent with prior reports on Tesla quality.

      To be fair, that image appears to be vehicles being transported after some sort of test. Notice how dirty they all are, and how scuffed up some panels are. The tape appears to be in the exact same places for all of them, which might indicate some sort of video test (slow motion or similar). I highly doubt real vehicles will be shipped to customers with tape on the exterior...
