Argocd is pretty nice
- cschmatzler 3y agoMy team’s product is mainly built on Argo Workflows, and while the idea of the tool is great, we have learned to massively distrust it. It doesn’t always do what you tell it to, or, worse, it tells you it’ll do something and then does something else.

- jacooper 3y agoWait, argocd is owned by intuit? It's under the CNCF, is it not?
- detaro 3y agobut intuit started it (I think, they bought the company behind Argo overall, but Argo CD came out after the acquisition). Being a place for companies to host projects they started but want to share is kinda CNCFs thing after all.
- nine_k 3y agoArgoCD is pretty nice when you use the CLI tools. Try opening the web interface when your k8s setup has, say, 300 nodes, even on a MBP with M2 and 32 GB.
