- diedsj 15y agoi'm obviously not counting options or equity. But also, someone that proved to be 3x times as good (cos being 3 times as good cant be shown in an interview, it needs to be proven during the course of a few months maybe a year.) he/she would get special privileges, like pick his own working hours, customize his workstation and location anyway he wants, etc.
