Two things I find hard to believe: 1. That guy isn't in prison? 2. That guy convinced someone to invest in his venture?

  He went to prison in Japan and served his term.

    He didn’t go to prison. He was sentenced on March 19, 2019 to 30 months in prison, suspended for four years, meaning he will serve no time unless he commits additional offenses before March 19, 2023.

    He was convicted in Japan because everybody gets convicted in Japan, especially a foreigner. But he saw no jail time.

“Probably you won't believe me when I tell you a given exchange is safe to use - and you should be wary of anyone who says that - but you should definitely believe me when I tell you an exchange is about to go under.” He makes a compelling argument. If this service tells you that an exchange is bad, you should stay away. And if it tells you it's not bad you should stay away.
