- solresol 4y agoI think it is a misunderstanding. The two places in the world where everyone agrees it is easiest to get medtech devices developed are Australia and Mexico. (Source: was doing medtech development for a while in the early 2010s).
- pjerem 4y agoYou are wrong on this point. Some years ago, I’ve undergo some pretty innovative surgery procedure (I was one of the first hundreds people in the entire world). I don’t know how it works in the US but at least in France, most hospitals are part of universities so they are also doing a lot of research.
