- keyme 4y agoNot OP, but probably Russia. Not that there are no other examples in the last 20 years, it's just that some are more controversial to call out.

- lossolo 4y agoRussia never had fundaments for democracy, its democracy was a facade and still is, all state controlled media were brain washing society from the 90s, there is no rule of law for you in Russia if you are against someone from the party or local government.
