- ColinWright 5y agoBefore doing that, make sure you have a new job lined up, because your life is likely to be made even worse.
- altdataseller 5y agoThey won’t care. Their job isn’t to worry about employee satisfaction. They’re more worried about going public or getting acquired.
- burntoutfire 5y agoAs others have said, they're fully aware - after all, they've been working in such places all their working life. It's just an accepted way of doing business and plenty of people are happy to work in such places (due to almost always being blocked by something, you don't have to put in a lot of effort, while the pay is often very good).
