On the supercharger network: Just finished a road trip from Phoenix to Northern Minnesota and back. There are enough superchargers that you do have to plan your route around them...but that just means staying nearish the freeways (mostly). There seems to be a supercharger about every 150 miles even through the more remote parts of the midwest.
