- lolsal 5y agoI think you're over-simplifying - land with water access today doesn't mean anything in ten years with continued climate change. Unless you have water rights (and even if you do), that water won't necessarily be present (or potable) in ten years, and your water rights likely won't matter either.
- humbleMouse 5y agoIt’s not about water rights specifically. I’d argue that being by the Great Lakes or in one of the midwest river basins is a sure bet of having drinkable well water in 10 years
