I don't doubt that China has the talent available to make great processors but for them to come out of the blue with a GPU that is 'competitive' these industry

I don't doubt that China has the talent available to make great processors but for them to come out of the blue with a GPU that is 'competitive' these industry giants reaks of intellectual plagiarism. It will be interesting to see what actually comes out and how the companies(and politics) respond.
