We ended up renting an office (a really nice coworking space in Phoenix called industrious, which we have kindof fallen in love with). We pay for this out of our own pocket because it turns out that the amenities typical to an office are really nice. Our productivity is up substantially since we moved in here. Here's my prediction: the midpoint between work from home and going back to the office is going to be your employer paying for a coworking space like this for employees who want to be back in an office.
