I have tried it, it says something like: bash no file found, and there is no -h or --help option to know more about invokation. In general, it does not work on GNU Hyperbola/Linux-libre free OS, based on Arch Linux.

Have you tried the Windows version with Wine? Never had an issue with that. Maybe you can check the Linux version with ldd and file, i.e. whether it misses a specific system library version or maybe your system is 64 bit and not all required i386 parts are present.
