Thanks for your answer. Maybe, I have too much of a Bootstrapper mindset but when I see a service based company (like my own), I assume VCs won't be interested because it cannot scale to $1B or whatever number investors look for. Again, great idea and I hope you guys succeed and prove me (and people who think like me about venture capital) wrong.

Really, really appreciate it and I don't think you have too much of a boostrapper mindset at all! I think there are just different ways of building a business. Ultimately, it's just core to put the customer front and center with every choice you make along the way.
