  Today's announcement was merely that he was indicted back in June and the indictment is now unsealed. He was arrested in June and presumably may be out on bail in Spain while the extradition hearing proceeds.

    As far as unsealed indictments go, this one isn’t very entertaining. Barely longer than the press release. There’s gotta be more pages to be released.
