- hanklazard 6y agoIm fairly certain they didn’t. This is just an ad masquerading as a study.
- anamexis 6y agoI think those factors would be racist explanations, so to speak – saying "it's not that insurance costs more in Black neighborhoods, it's just that Black neighborhoods have lower employment rates" only shifts the narrative of racism.
