Has the current political climate affected Canada to US TNs or are they still being issued as before? Any particular port of entry that you'd favor/avoid?
- proberts 6y agoWe're starting to see greater scrutiny and more irrational decision-making (such as concluding that a degree in computer science isn't an appropriate degree for software engineers) but for the most part, TN applications are being processed as before (by USCIS and CBP). Regarding ports to favor/avoid, the answer really depends on the nature and quality of the TN application.
