how is that creating such a list not serve the opposite purpose of the law ??
- jefftk 7y agoThe idea is generally to keep things from showing up when you search for people by name, not to remove the information entirely.
- malms 7y agoSo the law is only for google ? That make 0 sense
- jefftk 7y agoSomeone could make a Right to be Forgotten request to the BBC for the news article, but they'd need to meet a higher standard. The listing is of ones where people have asked to have the result removed from Google.
