My desktop w/a Ryzen 1800x still randomly freezes. I disabled most of the power saving features in the UEFI, which definitely reduced the frequency but it still happens on rare occasions. :(
- chupasaurus 7y agoSounds like a problem with enabled C6 CPU state. Check out the web for a particular setting in your motherboard's BIOS.
- clarry 7y agoMine does too, that is until I run sudo ZenStates-Linux/zenstates.py --c6-disable (I've got 29 days of uptime right now and the last reboot was due to a system upgrade)
