Agreed, though a bit provocative. ;) I worked with some numerical analyst/software people before. Although their C++ code looks modern and fancy, the effort to install all the dependencies and finally utilize those is not worthy of the trouble. Eventually, it's all about solving the problem efficiently, not the appearance.
