1. Are there plugins for the app store and google play reviews?
2. Is it possible running your engine on arbitrary data? (it seems to cluster common themes, so I was wondering whether it can be used to show any sort of data rather than customer feedback)
- zelandiya 9y agoHey Shahary, thanks for the feedback. Don't have such a plugin, but we do have integrations with Zendesk and SurveyMonkey. We can analyze pretty much any dataset with text fields. The input is a CSV spreadsheet. Alyona
- nshgraph 9y ago1. Not publicly facing yet. We just have a script to collect the data given app-ids. 2. Absolutely. We have customers using it for user research, employee engagement and even refining chatbot accuracy. It is tailored to work best on surveys though, where the context for the answers comes from the question
