- Blackstone4 9y agoIn standard terms from what I understand is 4 year vesting so with 50% ownership that's 50% divided by 4 to get to one year of work....comes to 12.5%... put it forward as industry standard
- Lordarminius 9y agoIts not your duty to mummy the company at this stage. You need to look after your own interest. State your claim and let the other side make a counter offer
