No it doesn't. That's like arguing it was okay to cheat on your wife because of the state of the relationship. It's a douche thing to do either way.

- randyrand 10y agoThats a bad anaolgy. If the market you're in is very competitive, and all the customers buy from "mean companies" just because they're cheaper, then being nice, if it's expensive, will run you out of business. The airline industry is very similar to this.
