Used spine for half a year now, and I never had to use those things. All you need to know are, init, create, save, find.

Having tried to use both, Spine is far more intuitive since it doesn't split a model into collections and model. This is more similar to server based mvc framework like rails and django. Backbone is more famous though, I don't know why.

We had around 2000 users, but we were still rejected by YC. I wish they would give some kind of note on why people are rejected. This would help budding entrepreneurs a lot more

These roundups are getting too much. Some of them can just easily be found by doing a simple search on github. Maybe I should just do some articles like "Top 5 javascript mvc frameworks", "3 asynchronous libraries you can't live without"

Node is arguable. You can use express. Tornado is definitely a web framework.

This article was a fail in that it failed to mention sencha touch which is the no brainer choice in this space. Jquery mobile comes second after this.

Does this sync data over icloud or some other cloud? Would this integrate with my iphone or ical? If it's only a mobile tool. It becomes very limited. It's difficult to build a great interface but even harder to build a great product.

LocalStorage seems broken on the mac which makes it a bad platform to develop webkit apps in. (It does not persist across program runs) In fact, if either websql or localstorage worked in cocoa webkit it would be great.
