I've used fogbugz, can't say I was very impressed with the product. Maybe they need to spend more time on that and the product will market itself. Seriously, this is a great example of the wrong way to view a product.

AT&T isn't the only one to do this. So long as it isn't used against citizens in criminal trials/etc I don't really care all that much if it helps make intelligence people more efficient.

Biggest issue I had was the idea of communicating data through the actual space which is why message based protocols that handle direct function/method invocation on take are so much easier to deal with and not worry about performance issue
